Welcome Parents!
Visiting When you come to visit our school, please report to the Main Office and sign in. Everyone must sign in and wear a name badge while visiting the school. This is done to provide a safe environment for all students. For more information about volunteering in our school, contact our Main Office at 560- 3928.
Attendance & Tardiness In order to maximize instructional time, please be sure your child is on time every day. Students must be in attendance for at least 50 % (9 am to 12:15 pm) of the school day in order to be counted present. Students are considered tardy after 9:00 am. Students arriving late must go to the school office accompanied by a parent to receive a pass before going to their classroom. A student who is frequently absent from school may be considered for retention because of the amount of instruction missed. It is extremely difficult to keep up with instruction if students are absent from school. When returning to school from an absence, please make sure that an excuse is sent in to your child’s teacher.
Drop Off Parents should drive through the front circle and drop off their child between 8:30 - 9:00. Please do not drop any students off before 8:30. It is not safe for them to wait outside.
Pick Up Parents should pick up their child between 3:30 - 3:45. Please drive through the front circle and have your child\'s name posted in your windshield. Please do not leave your car unattended in the circle because it will prevent traffic from flowing smoothly. If you are unable to pick up your child on time, notify the school immediately and arrange additional transportation.
Parking Parents may park in the teacher parking lot or in the visitor parking area. Please do not park in the bus lot, the fire lane within the front circle, or in the adjacent church parking lot. Thanks for your cooperation!
