Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the first grade and the 2007-2008 school year! This year will hold many new challenges and much excitement for your child. We will build on you child’s reading skills; and learn more about adding and subtracting, telling time, and writing.
There are a few items your student will need for this school year:
-2 boxes of tissues -a bottle of instant hand sanitizer
-a package of plain yellow pencils - a box of 16 or 24 crayons
-4 glue sticks - 2 plastic folders
- colored pencils and/or markers - 3 composition notebooks
-extra erasers -1 first grade primary tablet
Optional Supplies for our classroom:
- Snack Baggies
-prizes for class goodie box (stickers, erasers, pencils, toys from the Dollar Tree)
- 9 inch and 5 inch paper plates
